01Using Comeby
Comeby lets hosts create invitations and collect responses. It is free. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 (or 16 where local law requires it).
02Your content
You are responsible for the events you create and the information you share. You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to store and display it only so Comeby can work.
03Not allowed
Do not use Comeby for spam, scams, phishing, harassment, illegal activity, or to collect people's data under false pretences. Do not try to break, overload or get around Comeby's limits and security. We may remove events or accounts that break these rules, and reported events may be hidden while we review them.
04Free-tier limits
To keep Comeby free for everyone there are limits, for example on the number of upcoming events, events per month and responses per event. Limits may change over time.
05No guarantees
We work hard to keep Comeby reliable, but it is provided as is, without warranties. We are not responsible for events themselves, what happens at them, or losses caused by downtime or mistakes, to the extent the law allows.
06Open source
Comeby's source code is available under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. These terms cover the hosted service at comeby.org.
07Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do. You can stop using Comeby and delete your account at any time.
